NXT, read as "Next", is Foreground's initiative for the generation entering the workforce. It exists because the move from university into working life is harder than it should be, and most of what makes it hard is learnable.
Foreground is a people and organizational advisory firm headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, working with boards and leadership teams across the GCC through its Advisory, Search and Learning practices. NXT points that knowledge the other way: toward the people about to enter the market, before the market decides for them.
- Students never pay. Not for a workshop, not for materials, not for an introduction.
- NXT does not recruit from the room. Foreground's search work is separate and paid for by employers.
